Standard, Price £3.19 to £5.99 (up to 15kg) within 7-10 working days

The delivery price is based on the weight and quantity of your order. The costs of postage and packaging starts at £3.19 and increases depending on the size of your order. To provide you with the best value, we have capped the maximum delivery price for standard delivery at £5.99. 

Do You Deliver Outside the UK?

No, unfortunately we have temporarily stopped shipping outside of the UK. We hope to resume this in the near future. 

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The delivery driver will usually leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place if there is one available. If this is the case, they will post a card through your letterbox to inform you. If this is not possible, the driver will usually re-attempt delivery the following day.

You will usually receive an email to update you on your delivery progress. Please note, the courier may only attempt one delivery, and if the package is returned to us, the delivery and return delivery fee may be deducted from your refund. Any parcels returned to us can either be shipped out again subject to paying an additional delivery fee, or refunded minus the delivery and return delivery charges. 

For large orders and wholesale orders, a restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from the refund. Please note if incorrect address information is supplied, a surcharge will apply and deducted from any refund. If a parcel is lost, please allow 14 working days for our courier to confirm this as lost.

 

International Shipping
